Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of being processed.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. And depending on the product to product, it will be mentioned in every product.

Returned products must be in new and unused condition. There should be a clear and proper video of opening the parcel and there should not be any cut and pause in the video.

To return or exchange a product, please contact Company for a return authorization number (RAN). Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returned products.

Shipping Damages

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and reship your order at no cost to you.
