How to Place an Order
To place an order on our website, simply follow these steps:
- Browse our products and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Cart” icon at the top of the page.
- Review your cart and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Select a shipping method and payment method.
- Review your order and click on the “Place Order” button.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You will also be able to track the status of your order on our website.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
Company accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. And depending on the product to product, it will be mentioned in every product. Returned products must be in new and unused condition.
There should be a clear and proper video of opening the parcel and there should not be any cut and pause in the video. To return or exchange a product, please contact Company for a return authorization number (RAN).
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of returned products. Once you have received a RAN, please package the item securely and ship it back to us. We will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been damaged
- Items that are personalized or made to order
- Final sale items

- We reserve the right to limit or reject returns at our sole discretion.
